No Analytics or Tracking

Third-Party Services We Use
• Framer (website hosting/builder) — hosts this website and processes basic technical server data as described above.
• Acuity Scheduling — used to manage intro-call bookings; if you book a call, your name, email, and scheduling details are processed by Acuity as a data processor on our behalf.
• Tally — used to manage the Open Sessions waitlist sign-up; if you join the waitlist, the information you submit (e.g. name, email) is processed by Tally as a data processor on our behalf.
• Google Workspace — our business email (hello@agoodpace.ch) runs on Google Workspace; messages you send us are processed and stored there.
None of these providers are used by us to serve you ads or to track you across other websites.
Legal Basis
As a Switzerland-based controller, we process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/nDSG). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to visitors from the EU/EEA, we process data based on your consent (e.g. when booking or joining a waitlist), our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries, and/or the performance of a contract you request (e.g. scheduling a session).
Data Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for — for example, correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry, and booking data is retained per our booking provider's standard retention practices. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see "Your Rights" below).
